経とは 一切衆生の言語音声を経と云うなり、釈に云く 声仏事を為す 之を名けて経と為すと
きょう とは いっさいしゅじょう の ごんご おんじょう を きょう と いう なり、しゃく に いわく こえ ぶつじ を なす これ を なづけて きょう と なす と

通解（意訳）
（南無妙法蓮華経の）
経とは、一切衆生の言葉や発する音、声をいうのである。章安大師は、「声が仏の振る舞い等の働きをする。これを名付けて経という」といっている。
このように、南無妙法蓮華経こそ最高の法であり、最高の音声（おんじょう）なのである。

Kyō [of the Nam-myoho-renge-kyo] represents the words and voices of all living beings. A commentary [On “The Profound Meaning,” volume one] says, “The voice carries out the work of the Buddha, and this is called kyō, or sutra.”

Interpretation (liberal translation) 
The voice is work like a Buddha's behavior. thus, Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo is a greatest law and a greatest voice.

本文 人に物をほどこせば 我が身のたすけとなる、 譬へば 人のために火をともせば・我が まへあきらかなるがごとし 食物三徳御書 （１５９８頁） 年月不明 通解（意訳） 人に物を施せば、かえって我が身を助けることに繋がる。 例えば、人のために灯をともしてあげれば、自分の前も明るくなるようなものである。 菩薩の心の信心 「人のため」（利他のため）だけを言うと、傲慢になる。「人を救ってあげている」偽善になる。 自分のためにもなっている事を自覚して、初めて『修行させてもらっている』『学ばせてもらっている』という謙虚さが出る。 自他不二です。 人のために尽くしただけ、自分の生命に福運が積まれる。これが『菩薩道』なのです。 - 池田大作 English Gosho  If one gives food to others, one will improve one’s own lot,  just as,  for example, if one lights a fire for others, one will brighten one’s own way. 湿れる木より火を出し乾ける土より水を儲けんが如く強盛に申すなり - praying as earnestly as though to produce fire from damp wood, or to obtain water from parched ground.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
