願くは我が弟子等は師子王の子となりて群狐に笑わるる事なかれ、
過去遠遠劫より已来日蓮がごとく身命をすてて強敵の科を顕せ・師子は値いがたかるべし
ねがわく は わが でしら は ししおう の こ と なりて ぐんこ に わらわるる こと なかれ、

通解（意訳）
願わくは日蓮の弟子等は、師子王の子となって、群れた狐のような者たちに笑わるることがあってはならない。
過去遠遠劫より以来の日蓮のように、身命を捨てて強敵の悪（謗法）を暴き顕していきなさい。師子に値うことは難しいのである。
師子（獅子王）である日蓮大聖人の弟子であれば、弟子も師子の子となりなさい。
やがて師子となり、師弟共に師子王の心を持って、命を捨てる覚悟で邪悪と戦い、命を捨てる覚悟で民衆救済の広宣流布のために戦いなさい。
師匠は、愛する弟子を護る為ならば、あらゆる困難に立ち向かい、弟子は、師子王である師匠の心を我が心として、民衆の為に、師匠を護るために戦うのだ。
本物の獅子に遭うことが難しいように、本物の師匠と弟子とは出会い難いものなのである。

Interpretation (liberal translation) 
If you are a disciple of Nichiren Daishonin, the lion king, the disciple also be a child of the lion.
The disciple will soon become a lion, and with the hearts of the lion king, both the teacher and the disciple, fight against the evil with the resolve to give up their lives, and fight for the KOSEN-RUFU of the public salvation.
The teacher confronts all the difficulties to protect his beloved disciple, and the disciple fights to protect the teacher for the people, with the heart of the teacher the lion as his heart.
Just as it is difficult to meet a real lion, it is difficult to meet a real teacher and a disciple.
