今女人の御身として病を身にうけさせ給う・心みに法華経の信心を立てて御らむあるべし - Now you too have fallen ill, and as a woman*, it is all the more timely for you to establish steadfast faith in the Lotus Sutra and to see what it will do for you.

日蓮悲母をいのりて候しかば 現身に病をいやすのみならず 四箇年の寿命をのべたり、
今女人の御身として病を身にうけさせ給う・心みに法華経の信心を立てて御らむあるべし

通解（意訳）
日蓮が、自分の母の重病を祈ったところ、現実の身体の病を治しただけでなく、四年の寿命を延ばし、病気という宿業を打開したのである。今、あなた（富木尼御前）は、女性の身として病気になられた。
試しに、女人成仏を唯一説いている法華経の信心を発して、修行してごらんなさい。

English Gosho
 When I prayed for my mother, not only was her illness cured, but her life was prolonged by four years [, and She broke the karma called the disease.]
 Now you too have fallen ill, and as a woman*, it is all the more timely for you to establish steadfast faith in the Lotus Sutra and to see what it will do for you. 
*[ In the Buddhism except the Lotus Sutra preaches, the woman and the criminal person cannot attain to the Buddhahood. Only  a Lotus sutra preaches, the woman nor the criminal person , all people can attain to the Buddhahood. ]
