諸罪消ゆるのみならず衆罪かへりて功徳となる - Not only will all offenses vanish, but they will become sources of benefit.

一生の間の御罪は諸の乾草の如し法華経の妙の一字は小火の如し、
小火を衆草につきぬれば 衆草焼け亡ぶるのみならず 大木大石 皆焼け失せぬ、
妙の一字の智火以て此くの如し 諸罪消ゆるのみならず 衆罪かへりて功徳となる
毒薬変じて甘露となる是なり

通解（意訳）
一生の間の罪障は諸の乾草のようなものである。法華経の妙の一字は小火のようなものである。
小火を多くの草につけるならば、多くの草が焼け亡びてしまうだけでなく、大木・大石も皆焼け失せてしまう。
妙の一字の智火はこのようなものである。諸罪が消えるばかりでなく、多くの罪がかえって功徳となるのである。
毒薬が変じて甘露となるとはこの事である。

English Gosho
Lifetime are like dry grass, and the single character myō of the Lotus Sutra is like a small spark.
When a small spark is set to a large expanse of grass, not only the grass but also the big trees and large stones will all be consumed.
Such is the power of the fire of wisdom in the single character myō. Not only will all offenses vanish, but they will become sources of benefit.
This is what changing poison into amrita means.
