通解（意訳）
我等の頭は妙であり、喉は法であり、胸は蓮であり、胎は華であり、足は経である。
この我等の身体が妙法蓮華経の五字であり、妙法の当体なのである。

Gosho in English
We may say that our head corresponds to myō, our throat to hō, our chest to ren, our stomach to ge, and our legs to kyō.
Hence this five-foot body of ours constitutes the five characters of Myoho-renge-kyo.

蒼蝿驥尾に附して万里を渡り 碧蘿松頭に懸りて千尋を延ぶ - A blue fly, if it clings to the tail of a thoroughbred horse, can travel ten thousand miles, and the green ivy that twines around the tall pine can grow to a thousand feet.
